Message this is just a heads up since i didnt find anything on this in search...when i bought my TT, it came with a 6 disc in-dash changer...model # CV919...clarion makes this for nissan...i actually love the way it looks stock...its really clean and convenient to have the changer in-dash...however, a few days ago, while changing discs, it made a weird clicking noise and said "ERR2"...after getting online and doing some searching, i found this thread

its a super long thread, but to summarize: this is the same model changer put in a lot of nissan pathfinders...there is an immense problem with the changer and that thread contains hundreds of posts about people having the same problem i did...it turns out that a plastic gear that changes the discs frequently breaks...the problem is fixable for about $200 (which is the price of a new changer), but even after it is "fixed", the problem is re-occurring...the problem was reported to nissan, and they fixed a handful that were under warranty, but they continue to break...so its not worth getting it fixed if you have one, and its not worth buying this POS...i also have a friend in austin who had this same cd player and it broke on him like a year ago with the same problem, i just didnt know it till i asked him recently

here is what it looks like...its the lower deck in my car...

anyways, this was just an fyi...i'm trying to find a new setup for my car as we speak...i cant deal with not having a cd player
